Mail Order
Mail order fraud is the simplest form of credit card fraud. A fraudster obtains your credit card number and then calls up a mail order company and places an order using your card number, having it shipped to to his or her address. This technique does not require any intelligence or skill on the fraudster's behalf.

If you have an address that someone has had merchandise shipped to when they fraudulently used your credit card number, you can search the home database to find out who that address belongs to.
